Distance Learning

Distance Learning

Geographically Independent Study

Distance Learning programs have become a very viable alternative to traditional classes children and adults alike. They are not for everyone, however. Those who find doing their classwork onerous and distasteful are likely to find it even more so when there is no classroom, just the work. On the other hand, distance learning programs provide an incredible opportunity for self-starters who, for reasons of infirmity, geography, or familial responsibility are unable to attend regular classes.

Distance Education Support systems

While undertaking an online class alone can be a mistake, if done in collaboration with others and under the tutelage of a supporting and capable mentor, even the reluctant student can be very successful. We recommend and provide support systems for distance learning, classes, both traditional and online, and online classroom hosting for offering your classes to others.

New availability of government funding for online students

With recent changes in funding availability, online classes are now more affordable than ever. When both houses of Congress voted to modify the "50-50 Rule" in March 2006 which restricted funding for educational institutions which did not offer at least half of their courses in a traditional classroom, new opportunities opened up which could well provide educational opportunities to many lower and middle-income students everywhere – particularly those with physical, geographical, or scheduling difficulties.
